GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES AND RULES FOR USE OF LIFT SOPOT
The

  • GENERAL RULES

  1. The use of cableways by persons in a visibly intoxicated state and / or under the influence of other intoxicants is not permitted.

  2. It is forbidden to use the lift by persons under 1.25 m unaccompanied.

  3. It is forbidden to use one seat by two people, as well as its rocking, jumping on the seat, standing up and other actions not corresponding to the normal operation.

  4. No smoking while traveling.

  5. In the case when a passenger travels alone - he must sit on the side closer to the poles / left side in the direction of travel /

  6. It is forbidden to transport loads on the seats, this is done only with the intended platforms by prior request.

  7. Passengers are not allowed to carry backpacks on their backs. The backpacks are held in front of the chest, all hanging straps must be tightened.

  8. It is forbidden to dump waste on the lift route.

  9. Passengers / in case they are minors or minors - their parents or companions / are personally responsible and use the passenger cableways at their own risk.

  10. The staff is not responsible for lost items.

  11. Staff are not responsible for the actions of passengers while traveling.

  12. It is forbidden to use flammable and / or explosive materials.

The

  • RULES FOR THE SAFE CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS

 

  1. Each passenger is obliged not to endanger and / or hinder himself and the other passengers with his behavior and when using the equipment.

  2. Each passenger is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff as well as to board and disembark at the designated places.

  3. It is not allowed to catch any objects on the road while driving.

  4. When stopping the lift, passengers are obliged to stay in their seats and wait for the instructions of the staff.

  5. The passenger is obliged to travel with the seat guard frame closed.

  6. Before reaching the station, the passenger must open the frame and prepare to disembark.

  7. Passengers with children must first ensure their disembarkation, and then they must disembark as quickly as possible.

  8. Passengers with disabilities, parents with young children as well as pregnant women must notify the Passenger Cableway staff in good time before boarding and immediately before the station to signal with a raised hand.

 

REMEMBER THAT SAFETY CARE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

Always watch for signs on the lift what to do at a certain point. Increased attention ensures your safety.

 

 

  • CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE SALE VALIDITY AND USE OF ELEVATOR TICKETS AND CARDS

 

  1. All types of tickets and cards for the use of the lift are issued and sold only at the box office of the company.

  2. Tickets and half-day, one-day and two-day lift passes for adults and children, issued under the general conditions, are issued and sold at the established places, owned by Center Region Group EOOD.

  3. The prices of the different types of tickets and lift passes are in Bulgarian levs and are announced by Center Region Group EOOD in the Price List. The price list is placed in a prominent place in each cash register of the company.

 

  1. Tickets and tickets

    1. first - second station / in one direction /

    2. third - fourth station / in one direction /

    3. On working days the lift is launched with a minimum of 6 purchased one-way tickets or 3 purchased two-way tickets.

    4. Purchased tickets and cards are non-refundable.

    5. Purchased tickets are valid on the day of purchase and are non-refundable.

    6. The price of each purchased ticket / lift pass includes insurance for the transport of passengers during their transportation in passenger cableways and must be kept and stored until leaving the site.

    7. The lift can be launched on non-working days only by prior group request with prepayment - a minimum group of 10 people.

  2. Tickets - for passing through the lift facilities. Each passage through a turnstile, regardless of the direction - ascent or descent is counted as one passage. Tickets are valid only during the day on which they are issued and for passing only once through the upper and / or lower stations of the turnstiles of the operating lift.

  3. The transport of dogs up to 20 kg - is done by paying double the ticket price, as it is done with the use of a seat. Important: Dogs over 20 kg. are transported only on a loading platform with prior request and coordination.

  4. Passengers with bulky luggage over 10 kg are required to purchase a ticket for it, as in this case the luggage travels separately.

  5. The sale, resale and transfer of cards and tickets to third parties is prohibited.

  6. Any person who has purchased a ticket or lift card is obliged to keep and show the ticket / card for verification of its regularity by the authorized persons.

 

 

  • OTHER SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT

 

  1. Delta gliders are transported only on the platforms provided for this purpose with a preliminary request.

  2. Paragliders are not treated as oversized cargo.

  3. Bicycles are only transported on seats equipped with a hook.

 

  • COMPENSATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

The

  1. Center Region Group EOOD is not responsible, does not refund the value of the purchased tickets and tickets and does not owe monetary compensation in case the purchased tickets and lift tickets cannot be used due to the following, but not only reasons:

    1. power outage

    2. adverse climatic conditions

    3. breach of integrity / damage to the card as a result of improper storage /

    4. loss of card and / or ticket

    5. additional provisions

    6. Partial closure of the lift - for prevention, safety reasons or for sports competitions, training and / or other events.
